Morsy&Co's engineers and staff have decades of experience in HVAC systems. Our Managing Engineer holds advanced University degrees in Mechanical Engineering and requires that all our staff be experienced HVAC professionals.

We are fully licensed to carry out all aspects of Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including the new efficient green-energy systems and heat-pump installations.

We also provide independent maintenance services for existing HVAC systems that have been installed by previous contractors. Our rates are extremely competitive.

Do you provide maintenance and support for older systems?

Yes! Call us. We are familiar with most older technologies! After all, plumbing has been around since the Romans' days, and Sir Thomas Crapper invented the flushing loo well over a century ago. Electrics were being installed by Edison in the 1890's, and computerized systems of various sophistications are now well over a half-century old! We've worked on all of them!
Do you design, engineer and install new HVAC Systems?

Yes! And we work on time and within budget. We work with a number of well-known HVAC equipment manufacturers and can engineer systems from a single self-contained flat to a multi-storey residence. Small business installations and retail shops are also our speciality. Call us.
Are you familiar with the new green-energy HVAC systems?

Yes! And also with the ultra-efficient heat pump systems which utilize both inside and outside components to maximize energy efficiency. And we'll also honestly advise you when a heat pump system will not be energy efficient. Call us.
